Using the Movin’ & Groovin’ dancing flower, Patrick Delahanty stripped the toy down to make his own baby Groot.
The flowerpot base and the inside of the body are from a Movin’ & Groovin’ flower that was last available around seven years ago,” Delahanty told Crave. “It has a headphone jack in the back where I can plug in my iPod or iPhone. There are speakers in the base that play the music. The body was covered with felt and then covered in twine. I made the arms out of paper-covered wire that I also wrapped in twine. My fiancee is a professional artist, so she sculpted the head out of Crayola Model Magic and painted it. I painted the body to match.

Try yard sales. Where I live, people seem to have no idea what their crap is worth since my little brother got me a big box of some old 80’s Star Wars figures (many still in their original packaging) for under $5 at a yard sale a few years back, and my nephew found a small box of bagged and boarded comics that are worth a few hundred total for under $1 a month or two ago.
