Fanhome has taken on Star Wars and Transformers, and now the company that sells build-up model kits has announced it is bringing the 1966 Batmobile to the line-up.
Based on exhaustive studies of the original car and the TV show by Fanhome designers, the Batmobile measures over 2 feet (71.4cm) when completed and touts a host of the Dynamic Duo’s many mobile crime-fighting gadgets such as the Bat-phone, Bat-scope, emergency turn lever, and the iconic Bat-shaped steering wheel, which is functional and turns the wheels of the car. Opening doors, hood, and trunk panels as well as LED effects for the headlights and an illuminated afterburner that is accented with jet sound effects add to the realism of the Fanhome Batmobile.
The subscription model works like this – each month you receive new pieces of the Batmobile, and add to the growing model until the 2-foot-long model is complete and ready for display in your Nerd Room of Doom.
Pre-orders for the Fanhome Batmobile Build-Up model are open now, with your first subscription entry arriving in February 2024.

Ok. So. If I am to understand this right….
120 stages total
first 3 are 1.95+
then 117 at 13.99 +
2.40 shipping for each of the 117 stages(the first 3 are free)
4 binders at 8.99 with the first free.
so…. 1636.83+1.95+280.80+35.96 = 1919.58 (I am assuming US Dollars)for the complete batmobile.
buyer beware.

Thanks for sharing that.
Thank you for that. Not much info anywhere about the total cost.
That is insanity!
That’s a lot of money for a batmobile granted it is pretty cool but damn that’s expensive
and they have added an extra special limited offer of a display case for an extra $1.25 for each package…. with the first 6 being free for a total of $142.50 more dollars.

Good day
How do I go about to get one of these boys and the cost thereof?
I think it’s well worth the Price as it is 1:8 in size and is more than likely not going to be sold forever. Once it goes in the Vault it will cost even more to acquire it. I think it’s a great Investment Piece. It’s very well made to boot.
as an investment piece would you say it would be worth more in the future in its original component/shipped/unmade state or in its finished made state?
I would have to put it together it’s too cool not to
