BOOM! Studios announced Melissa Flores and Meghan Camarena have teamed with artist Federico Sabbatini to bring the HyperForce Rangers from the TTRPG web series to comics in Power Rangers Unlimited: Hyperforce.
Mistress Vile, formerly known as Rita Repulsa, and Dark Specter have invaded the Morphin Grid! As the dark contagion spreads and puts the Rangers in their most vulnerable state yet, the HyperForce Rangers will have to scour the multiverse for as many unexpected allies as they can, while they’re pushed to their limits…
“HYPERFOOORCE! It’s nearly impossible to put into words how excited I am to be revisiting the special group of chaotic misfits that is the HyperForce team with Meghan, Federico and BOOM! Studios,” said co-writer Melissa Flores in a press release from BOOM! Studios. “I’ve never forgotten the incredible amount of love the TTRPG series received from the fans, and I’m so thankful to be able to pay back just a little bit of that with a new adventure for them in this medium.”
Power Rangers Unlimited: Hyperforce is a one-shot that will arrive on July 19, 2023.
