Eternals Trailer is Here
“The Eternals are one of Marvel Comics lesser known properties” would have scared away creators before the MCU stepped onto the scene and ruled the genre for more than a decade. Monday, Disney released the first trailer for the star-studded Eternals:

As evidenced by the trailer, Eternals is an Eternals movie in name only. While there are recognizable character names the trailer is more evocative of another addition to the Thor franchise than something completely new.
Eternals is directed by Choe Zhao, winner of the most recent Academy Award for Best Director, celebrating her previous feature – Nomadland. If, like myself, you have that in the forefront of your mind watching this trailer it feels very much of a piece. Spoilerites, I know you don’t think it’s possible, but I assure you, they are similar!
The mention of “The Avengers” popped with fans across social media – particularly with King of the North, Richard Madden offering himself up as their next potential leader.
Eternals hits cinemas worldwide this November.
Powerpuff Girls No More
Deadline reported that during this week’s Television Upfronts their impending Powerpuff Girl live action 
series trailer has been shelved for reworking.
Pages from the pilot script have leaked online and received mixed-to-negative reactions at the overtly sexual nature of several situations. Whether or not this leak was responsible remains a mystery, with The CW’s Mark Pedowitz stating:
The reason we do pilots is sometimes things miss, this was just a miss. We believe in the cast completely, we believe in Diablo and Heather, the writers… in this case, the pilot didn’t work.
… then continued:
You learn things and you test things out. In this case we felt let’s take a step back and go back to the drawing board because this is a powerful property, it has engaged a lot of interest and we want to get it right before we put it out.

No more information about a future shoot or release date have been announced.
Loki Posters Released
This week on Wednesday following the release of the Eternals trailer mentioned above, Disney+ released character posters for the upcoming Loki series launching on the streaming service June 9th, 2021.
