Not so long ago, somebody alerted me that a shirt featuring my favorite fictional character was for sale IN MY SIZE, something which never happens for me. I’ve wanted to get V.I.N.Cent on a t-shirt since Chrimmus 1979, but the idea that such a thing would even be possible never occurred to me until the modern age of cheap printing and borderline copyright infringement. I like to wear it on Sundays, but if I could a few other favorite characters, I could wear them all week long, leading to today’s screen-printed query…
The MS-QOTD (pronounced, as always, “misquoted”) would probably fill the other six days with Captain Marvelous, The 3-D Man, The Mimic, The Legion of Super-Heroes, Cosmic Rae and The Fat Fury, asking: What character or image from your favorite pop culture would you most want on a T-Shirt?

Already have couple of those, Godzilla. Its also sort of geeky but not too geeky for use pretty much everywhere, especially when text is in katakana.
One of my favorites that I already have is the “Van Gogh” exploding TARDIS painting from the end of Doctor Who series 5.
I could do with a shirt with the New Eden PD logo (from “Kane” by Paul Grist) to go with the hat that I already have. It’s pretty close to the B.P.R.D. logo, though, so maybe I could settle for one of those.
Is V.I.N.Cent the “Missing Link” between R2D2 and BB8?
Mazinger! I’m sure one exists but I’ve never thought to look. Guess I’ll do that now!
