Recently, I caught a rerun of ‘The Muppets Most Wanted’ (or at least a chunk of one) on cable, and I have to say that seeing Danny Trejo singing and dancing was an experience that I didn’t know I needed. Still, it doesn’t quite beat the experience I had a million years ago when I saw “The Muppet Movie” in the drive-in, with Charles Grodin and the Frog Legs jingle and Kermit on a bicycle, leading to today’s not-a-puppet query…
The MS-QOTD (pronounced, as always, “misquoted”) reminds Faithful Spoilerites that Dead Tom’s always been dead, that’s why we call him Dead Tom, asking: Which big screen felt-and-string outing is your Favorite Muppet Flick?

Light the lamp, not the rat….
Muppet Christmas Carol. Perfect casting. Perfect songs.
“Bear left.” “Right frog.”
“‘Motorcycle cop’ is a sweet nothing?”
The Muppet Movie, all the way
My favorite Muppets movie isn’t really a movie, it’s their TV Christmas special, “A Muppet Family Christmas.” It’s both my favorite Muppets thing and my only must-watch special each holiday season.
If I have to pick a theatrical release, though, I kind of really liked Muppets From Space.
