    Major Spoilers Question of the Day: Worst Movie Villain EVER Edition

    This week’s episode featured a discussion of which movie villain was the very worst movie villain of all time, with candidates including Hans Gruber, Voldemort and Mirand Priestly from ‘The Devil Wears Prada.’  They’re all good options, sure, but are they really superior to Darth Vader?  Or Unicron?  Or Hedly Lamarr?  Are they more nefarious than Dr. No, more off-putting than Dr. Giggles, more terrifying than Dr. Hans Reinhardt?  Actually, now that you mention it, I’ve officially  got MY vote, leading to today’s perfidious query…

    The MS-QOTD (pronounced, as always, “misquoted”) reminds Faithful Spoilerites that there’s a lot of evil in the world, but not every bad guy is literally, canonicaly sent to hell at the end of their tale, asking: What film bad guy is the worst movie villain EVER?

    Once upon a time, there was a young nerd from the Midwest, who loved Matter-Eater Lad and the McKenzie Brothers... If pop culture were a maze, Matthew would be the Minotaur at its center. Were it a mall, he'd be the Food Court. Were it a parking lot, he’d be the distant Cart Corral where the weird kids gather to smoke, but that’s not important right now...       That Austin Powers villain. Don’t remember the name, don’t care. Don’t find those movies funny, just unappealing.
