Sorry i don’t have pinterest or Twitter. Bath bomb ideas- Rivenbom, Torque and the Torqalbombs, and the Bomb that shatters the Tub.
I am not a fan of Artemis Fowl, though my oldest son is. I haven’t gotten his reaction to the trailer yet. I was very disappointed when the Douglas Adams estate chose Fowl author Eoin Colfer to write And Another Thing… So much so that I’ve never read it.
I am, however, a huge fan of Roald Dahl. Rodrigo is right in that Ian Fleming wrote the novel of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, but Matthew isn’t entirely wrong, because Dahl wrote the screenplay.
I have read and re-read Dahl’s novels for kids many times, and I’ve enjoyed a lot of the adaptations, but I have no interest at all in any of the three that were just announced. Nobody needs another retelling of Charlie. Oh and I hate the Wes Anderson film of Fantastic Mr. Fox mostly because he makes the main character into a bad father, and one of the things Dahl writes best is good dads. For another example, read Danny The Champion Of The World. If you can find it, watch the film version starring Jeremy Irons and his real-life son.
Hey guys loved the review of the Consultant, so I grabbed a copy of #4 to see how bad it was. Why was Bill Cosby on the cover? And why did the ambassador of Iran look like Barrack Obama? That was enough to turn me off right away. Love what you do, love listening. Thanks
