6) MORLOCK
In the far-flung future year 2001, Morlock is a plant/human hybrid creature that consumes humans for sustenance. Indoctrinated by the corrupt rulers of his crapsack world, he is used as an assassin to support their oppressive regime, wiping out subversive elements with his fatal touch. In fairness, he has moral qualms about both his abilities and his terrible job, but still kills his friend Lynda when she is revealed to be a spy. Morlock is eventually shot by one of his own allies before he can kill them as well…
