Thanks to the holiday season, I am currently finishing a 3-day week, after a 4-day weekend, to be followed by a 3-day weekend, which has somehow led to the whole week feeling like an eternal slog through the Swamps Of Tedium (which are located just south of Castle Rock, ME.) To tell ya the truth, I’d rather be watching ‘Akira.’ (‘Course, since my DVR copy was lost with my last cable box malfunction, that particular wish raises problems of its own.) Still, the desire to just go watch a movie seems universal enough, leading to today’s Special Presentation query…
The MS-QOTD (pronounced, as always, “misquoted”) also wouldn’t complain about ‘The Black Hole,’ if only to get away from Andy Griffith reruns, asking: What movie would you rather be watching right this instant?

Kamen Rider Heisei Generations: Dr. Pac-Man vs. Ex-Aid & Ghost with Legend Rider, the most recent Kamen Rider movie where the last few Riders team with the current Rider (who has a video game theme) to battle Pac-Man (sorta). It just came out in Japanese theaters, though, so it won’t be available to me all the way in the US just yet.
I also REALLY want to watch “Serenity”, I just cannot seem to find my DVD. I just finished re-watching “Firefly” again about a week or so ago and had planned to watch it after, but I’ve looked all over the house and can’t find it.
I would love to be watching Monty Python and the Holy Grail, I haven’t seen it in ages and right now it’s the familiarity more than anything that I crave.
And now that I’ve taken a little more consideration, Madhouse’s racing epic Redline sounds really good right about now.
Nothing right now, I’m going through some of the past weeks puroresu shows.

And yes… MeTV has been relentless with the Andy Griffith.
