KaBOOM!, an imprint of BOOM! Studios, has announced it will release a new original Adventure Time graphic novel in November.
Written by show writer Ashly Burch and illustrated by Diigii Daguna, the Adventure Time: Islands original graphic novel stars Bunny Girl (a.k.a. Jo) and is set roughly a thousand years before the current Adventure Time timeline.
With Adventure Time ending in 2018, knowing that Cartoon Network and BOOM! Studios continue their relationship to bring new stories to fans seems like a good deal. But I wonder how many of you are interested in a tale set 1,000 years before the current timeline?
Adventure Time: Islands will have a $9.99 cover price when it arrives in November.
