After the death of their Flash, this League also went the “control the world to protect the world” route, and actually succeeded. Unfortunately, their temporary measures quickly became the way of the new world, and they went a step further, lobotomizing criminals and imprisoning reporters to protect their power. The intervention of the JLU brought them down, but the events that brought the Justice Lords into existence involved President Lex Luthor and a seeming slippery-slope of catastrophe, their initial actions make sense on an emotional level…
