Garth Ennis is no stranger to war comics, and soon, the writer will bring his take to Hanna-Barbera’s Dastardly and Muttley.
While details are few at the moment, it looks like Ennis will follow the further adventures of the characters that were introduced in the reimagined Wacky Raceland series, which itself is a take on the Mad Max movies.
If you have had a chance to read Ennis’s other works, you know he can be be excessive at times. I wonder if that will find its way into the Dastardly and Muttley title, or if editorial will have him tone it down.
As previously mentioned, the details are few at the moment, we don’t even have an expected release date for the book.
