During a press event in Paris Daredevil star Charlie Cox could not comment about whether or not Netflix and Marvel were planning a third season for the story of the Man Without Fear. He was, however, able to tease fans with some team up news about the Defenders series:
“What we do know is at the end of this year we’re going to be making The Defenders and, of course, Daredevil is very much a part of that foursome.
“I have no idea what the storyline is going to be for that show. I’m very excited to see how those worlds combine, and interested to see tonally how those shows become one.”
It bears remembering that we still have a Luke Cage, Jessica Jones and Iron Fist all being planned to drop before the Defenders hits small streaming screens all around the world. With the end of 2016 in sight as a probable date for Defenders to get underway it would seem that Marvel is pushing their streaming production to be as ambitious as their movie properties.
Are you excited to know that Defenders will be underway so soon or does this announcement leave you wondering if there is enough time to fit everything in? Let us know in the comments section below!

I am super-excited to get all these stories so soon. Although I see your point about them rushing it. I think it really depends on what and how many production teams are being employed. If each show is a separate staff, then I have no doubt that each show could be really great.
How well they connect to each other is another story…
