Heritage Auctions has a big FLash auction going on, and if you are into collecting comics, the Flash collection is definitely a bargain – for now.
Issues up on the auction block include low numbers like The Flash #114 featuring a Carmine Infantino cover, that is currently listed at $240, all the way up to a 9.6 CGC graded Flash 213 that is currently listed at $68. While there is nothing in the collection that really pops (unless you are looking for a Flash as a puppet cover from #133), for the collector looking to get a good collection at a reasonable price, this auction is a good one to check out.
If Flash isn’t your cup of tea, perhaps you’d be interested in an Amazing Fantasy #15 in 2.5 condition that has a current value of $3,800, or The Silver Surfer #1 (CGC 8.5) that is listed at $560.

I love these auction and collecting old comics news, its really interesting. These books are like a window or time machine to a time I never saw myself. In my opinion, golden and silver age comics have some unique kind of charm that cannot be copied and will never be captured again.
