Marvel Studios is committed to a third Thor movie, and have hired a writer to get cracking on the project.
According to Variety, Craig Kyle has been hired to co-write Thor 3 (no subtitle yet, though I’m hoping for The Odinballs).
“I am proud of Craig and have enjoyed working with him over these past years,” Feige said. “His creative instincts have helped shape “Thor” and “Thor: The Dark World” at every level of the filmmaking process. The entire team at Marvel is very happy to continue collaborating with Craig as he continues as a screenwriter working with Christopher on the forthcoming chapter of Thor’s adventure.”
No word on a release date, but we expect Chris Hemsworth will return in the title role.

I hope they get a better plot this time. After the jewel that was the first movie, the second one was very disappointing.
Good money after bad, bleh.
