Another week has come and gone, and the days are not getting shorter as the joys of summer and Comic-Con are starting to wane. Before we start putting on our sweaters, let’s take one more look back at the week that was.
- Whoa. Keanu is doing a samurai movie, and the first trailer for 47 Ronin has arrived.
- The Wolverine hit theaters and though it was down $30 million from the last movie’s opening weekend, it still scored at the top of the charts. R.I.P.D. didn’t fare well either.
- Want a big spoiler for Avengers: Age of Ultron? Joss Whedon spreads it.
- The Guardians of the Galaxy has officially begun production.
- We got to see more images for the upcoming RoboCop movie.
- The Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox movie has arrived in digital formats, and some of us have seen it already.
- There’s an awesome video addressing the Fake Geek Girl syndrome, and it is really good.
All in all, it was a pretty quiet week, what with all the companies recovering from Comic-Con, a fifth week upon us, and no one claiming the sky is falling…
