IDW Publishing and DC Comics will be holding a joint American Comics In The UK panel at MCM London Comic Con this weekend, show organisers have announced.
Featuring Bob Wayne, SVP sales and marketing at DC Comics, and Dirk Wood, IDW’s vice president of marketing, the panel will take place in MCM Theatre B at 16:30 on Saturday 25 May.
The joint presentation takes place directly after a special IDW Publishing Panel on the same stage featuring Dirk Wood alongside noted comic creators Tony Lee (Doctor Who) and Anthony Del Col (Kill Shakespeare) – this panel gets underway at 16:00.
Meanwhile, Diamond Comics are hosting their retailer day on the Friday of MCM London Comic Con, which will see more than 150 top retailers gather to look ahead to the year’s upcoming comic book releases.
As always, visitors to the show will find our Comics Village overflowing with talented comic artists and writers. The weekend will play host to more than 140 comic creators, including David Hine, Frazer Irving, Emma Vieceli, John McCrea, Richard Starkings, Lee Bradley and, attending for the first time, Yishan Li.
