*sigh* Matthew, as a Vancouver Canucks fan, your “2004 Champions” comment stings more than you know, since my team has never won a championship.
That being said, from now on I’m calling a hat-trick a “triple hat” in honour of Stephen.
My Comment was read. That was cool. Even if it had Matthew having a “WTH??” moment.
Honestly as someone who knows a thing or two about the Dragon Age setting I thought your review was fair and honestly somewhat telling about the setting. I enjoy the games but so often tie in media like comics and novels comes across as more of the same. Never really pushing boundaries only telling throw away stories. Its to back but I’ve seen it happen with tie in media more often than it doesn’t.
Also while this might have been promoted as a “great jumping on point” I never expected it to be and your reactions I think bear that out.
That might be an interesting topic for some weekend show. How often are promoted jumping on points really a good place to start reading a comic and how often are they just leave you scratching your head.
Thanks for the Review
Thanks for the feedback from a Dragon Age perspective. Your topic for a future show is a good one, too!
Varrick wears his beard on his chest.
