The first poster for Skyfall, the 23rd James Bond movie, has arrived, and the Internet approves…?
Though I don’t know everything about the film (yet), I have high hopes for this feature, and can’t wait to see it in the theater.
Skyfall is directed by Sam Mendes, and stars Daniel Craig, Javier Bardem, Dame Judi Dench, Naomie Harris, Berenice Marlohe, Ralph Fiennes, Albert Finney, Ben Whishaw, Helen McCrory, Ola Rapace and Tonia Sotiropoulou. The movie opens November 09, 2012, but be on the lookout for the trailer that arrives online on Monday (May 21, 2012).

Maybe I am just getting too old for this shite, but….
Admittedly, I like Daniel Craig as Bond, he’s the best Bond since Shawn Connery. But the franchise suffers from the same problem as the Mission Impossible series. It loses all relevance by being yanked out of the Cold War period and being updated. It’s a lot like if they tried to do a movie series about Captain Horatio Hornblower set in the modern navy. It might be interesting, but it wouldn’t BE Captain Horation Hornblower.
I agree, but all I can say is if they can somehow update Holmes in such amazing fashion, they can do Bond. Mendes is an amazing director. If anyone can do it, he can.
