Venom is getting a big story arc in February 2012, and as a lead in, Marvel is releasing a number of Venom variant covers in January 2012.
Kicking off February with a bang, Venom makes unholy alliances with Red Hulk, Ghost Rider & X-23 to save Sin City, Las Vegas, from total chaos in Venom: Circle of Four. Then, just as Rick Remender and Gabriel Hardman take the reins as the new creative team of Secret Avengers, they draft Venom to the team’s lineup!

Really… really…? If this is what Marvel has come to… count me out.
Could this be the event to stop me from collecting comics?
Well I thought Spider Island ( and it turned out well I heard), and killing Peter Parker in Ultimate Spiderman, but people seem to like the new guy… Time will tell.
Tron costumes.
Asgardian costumes for a plot devise.
People/heroes getting spider powers/costumes for a plot device…
And now this, ugh!
Dude, it’s just themed covers.
Not crazy about the new Venom getting crazy over exposure and joining two teams at the same time, but I’m assuming the new FF deal won’t be permanent and he’s a great fit for Secret Avengers. Could be cool.
