Marvel sent Major Spoilers a teaser for the upcoming Throne of Blood: Birth of a Vampire that is a game changer in the Fear Itself plot.
The Victor Gischler/Goran Parlov issue has a $3.99 cover price and arrives in April.

I swear if the “Fear itself” is a vampire story, I’m skipping the WHOLE THING!!! I hate me some vampires!
I love vampires and different takes on vampires / vamp mythology, but even I’m a little worn out on the over-usage of them as of late. Not just in Marvel either.
Don’t worry. The main villain is Red Skull’s daughter and some heretoforth unknown Norse fear entity. (No, it’s not Parallax. I think.)
So it’s not the reincarnated Phobos from Secret Warriors?
Is anything really a game changer anymore? It seems to drift back to status quo when the writers put themselves into a corner.
I skipped V-Men (or X-Vamps, whichever floats your boat), so why not skip this too? :D
Good choice. That arc was really, really bland. The opening one-shot had potential but it was dropped so hard it was not funny in the main story with the X-men.
But maybe this new attempt will do better.
The poster was a lot cooler in 1989 when it was called “Acts of Vengeance”.

The only Marvel comics I still read are Invincible Iron Man and Deadpool, it’s good to get confirmation on your choices from time to time, this REALLY helps ;-)
