Captain Marvel or Black Adam. Most likely Black Adam since his lighting bolt starts at his neck unlike Captains which is slighty lower then that.

I thought he already covered all Legionnaires and maybe was branching out. Lightning Lord then? I think he said something like doing all the members of the Legion of Super-Villains, or was it Stephen that proporsed that? Can’t remember…
You’d be wrong there. All Hero Histories written by Matthew to date have been the Legion of Super-Heroes, but we have other Hero Histories out there, and they are not meant to be only Legion entries.
Like Marvel Man and Tintin — just to name the first two non-Legion HHs I saw when clicking the HH tag link….
There’s also Yellow Jacket, Green Lama, Amazing Man, Rockman, and a few others..
