I love actors that have come to the realization that they aren’t all high and mighty, and are more than willing to mock themselves for the sake of bringing a smile to my face.

I know i may be in the minority here but too me West will always beat Shatner.
Im not sure at what exactly …whatever they are doing i guess…im not sure what it is though…but my opinion is based on such sound arguments as: He is Batman, He is the mayor of a cartoon Quahog and LOOK AT THOSE GLASSES THEY ARE THE PIMP!
Glitch: Sounds like a Major Spoilers Pooooooooooolllllll of the Wek.
How can he possibly be broke? He’s a regular voice actor, pitch-man, and “where-are-they-now” celebrity who pops up at least a dozen times every year to do the talk show circuit.
Lol. I love Adam West. I meet him in person once and he was just as funny. He almost made an ultra-fan cry when he made fun of his obsession.
Ultra-fan = a person who lives with their mom, has socialization issues, smells (bad), knows more about the batman series than Adam West.
I think this was mocking Willie “Buddy Lembeck” Aames’ recent financial troubles which culminated in a well publicized garage sale.
According to Aames IMDB entry he hasn’t had significant work since 2006.
Aames also played the superhero ‘Bibleman’ for a series of religious videos (just to keep this thematically pure).
Have they ever had him and Shatner in a scene together? That’d be pure comedy gold.
good stuff!
