You know what would increase attendance at comic book conventions around the country? Cage matches. Not cage matches with the GLOW or those Octagon fighters, but epic battles between the Editor-in-Chiefs of the comic book publishing world.
Since the New York Comic Con is taking place this weekend, and since NYC is the supposed center of the universe, why not kick off these EIC Cage Match Battles with the head honchos from DC and Marvel.

both deserve their ass kicked because of all the mega event they keep rolling in. didio because it’s always about the same 3 characters in the same event dragging on for YEARS. quesada because he’s a smug SOB.
i voted didio because he have batman in his team. (he scare me)
How do I vote for Mark Waid?
Okay, two beings who cannot die (keep going despite lack of hearts) fighting in new york. Highlander anyone?
How do I vote for a double-DQ? Or some sort of run-in? ‘Cuz, like.. This match needs SOMETHING to spice it up. :D
No matter which of them wins, we all lose :(
I agree with most of whats already been said…BUT If they were too fight for real Didio would totally bring the smackdown.
like Red Forman would say: ‘right now i’m looking for a way to kick both their asses at the same time without leaving my chair’
“Prime-Punch” owns “One More Day” (though I don’t think the first one that ridiculous)…
If I go by who I don’t want to come out of that cage, I vote for Didio. Because nobody would basically castrate their franchise hero and think it’s a great idea like Quesada would.
Say what you will about Morrison and Didio, but in the end Bruce Wayne wasn’t made less of a hero.
Quesada would own Didio like nobody’s business. Is this about who WOULD win or who we want to see have their asses kicked worst? ‘Cause in a real fight, Didio would go down in seconds!
Special guest referee, Mark Waid. Takes out DiDio first, then raises Quesada’s hand as the winner, but then, BAM! Waid hits him with a chair and stands above all as the supreme EIC!
Instead of BAM! I think you actually meant to type was BOOM! ;)
My vote isn’t for DiDio but rather against Quesada and his terrible One More Day story.
It’s a real shame that transition storyarc is so bad because Brand New Day is so good. Heck I bet Dan Slott could’ve come up with a better transition than a Deal with the Devil.
That is a hard one…they both do some really stupid $#!%.
