Of all the off-season games, this is my favourite so far. I am already invested in the characters as much as I am invested in the characters of the main game, Sam is a great DM and Rodrigo is magnificent as a player, and Rob is simply killing it with his strong silent type.
Will there be a continuation of this game once the off-season is over? If it is one of the goals, then I’ll have to re-subscribe despite being a broke student :)
For a game known for its crunch, you guys are really bringing your role-play chops to Pathfinder. Rob is doing a great job portraying a lizard of few words. You are all great, but he’s been the MVP. This was a nice long episode with lots of interesting things going on. Sam really set up the tension of the ghost in the junkyard. Very scary. Can’t wait to see how things go.
On the subject of your cat that loves to eat cords,
Can you keep the cat away from all the cords by blocking off the stairs leading down into the work area? If you still had a baby/toddler in the house, you wouldn’t want the toddler falling down the stairs. Can you re-purpose some child-proofing barriers to keep the cat from getting access to your cords?
