Ryan Reynolds may get a lot of attention with the upcoming Green Lantern movie, but many fans are eagerly awaiting his return to the Deadpool role. X-Men Origins: Deadpool is getting closer to production with the announcement that Tim Miller will be directing the movie.
If you haven’t heard of Tim Miller before, that’s okay, as this is his first directing gig. Most of the time he’s behind a computer doing visual effects from his effects house, Blur Studios. He’s directed many video game trailers, and is doing some work with Ron Howard on The Dark Tower, so it isn’t like he’s a complete n00b.
X-Men Origins: Deadpool is being written by the team of Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, with Lauren Shuler Donner producing.

I don’t care if he’s in all the comic movies, as long as he does a decent job because it means my wife will go see all the movies with me. Apparently he tops her list of 5.
