I love seeing Batman taking down Sub-Zero as only MidWay can do. I really, really hope this is a kick-ass game and not a toned down kid friendly game that sucks the life out of both Mortal Kombat and the DCU

WizKids has announced it has sold out its entire Crisis inventory in the U.S. and Canada. Because of the scarcity, WizKids will be importing a limited number of booster packs from Europe, but after those are gone, the worldwide supply of the game figures will be gone. “We are pleased and surprised with the outstanding results of the sale of Crisis,” said Joe Hauck, WizKids® executive vice president. “Diamond and Alliance sold in two weeks what historically would have sold over the course of four months. This morning during the Q4 conference call it was asked if Marvel had thought about going into the game market after the announcements of several companies dropping Marvel games (Microsoft’s Marvel MMO).  In a nutshell, Marvel did say it was not pursuing this venture at this time. However, knowing that Marvel also says they have no plans to reprint sold out issues, only to turn around a couple of weeks later, makes me wonder how long we will have to wait until the Marvel MMO game is resurrected by the company. Even with my speculation, I can understand why Marvel…

It’s too bad the game has been cancelled. Marvel Universe Online (the heavily anticipated MMO based on the Marvel comic book universe) is officially dead, according to Shane Kim, the Corporate Vice President of Microsoft Game Studios. Kim…

I’ve got my fare share of DC and Marvel Heroclix figures cozied away in a secret room I have yet to reveal to the Major Spoiler masses. I haven’t picked up any in quite a while, mainly because the local store has stopped carrying the line, and I really don’t have anyone to play against. But I am super excited about the Starro Attacks Heroclix event featuring the new Justice League booster packs with several exclusive Starro related figures. Wizkids Games has sent us some high-res images of the figures including a huge Starro that should put that Sinestro figure…
