Apparently the X-Men (and Marve) will not let anyone else fail in 2011… that’s a tall order to fill.

So, are they fighting the AOA X-Men? Now I”m really confused.
Also, why isn’t Archangel/Angel with the rest of the team?

I agree though, they are really scraping the bottom of the barrell for new mutants. Is Storm Shadow teaming up with them now? and when did they let him carry a gun?
Better art but still not enough to get me interested. I will believe that they will make the X-men titles more coherent when I see it. Until then it seems that the X-men are now the freaking Brotherhood of Evil Mutants.
They have to be AoA, because isn’t Nightcrawler did otherwise? Wait, is he still dead in AoA? I’m confused.
Yeah, it’s definitely Age of Apocalypse. Nightcrawler, Sunfire, Wild Child and Sabretooth are all in there AOA getups. Interesting.
It’s AoA. Look at Nightcrawler’s face. He has that red marking over his left eye and he’s wielding a rapier.
The guy behind Deadpool is Fantomex, he’s been around since Morrison’s run on New X-Men at least and has been on the Uncanny X-Force team since it’s launch.
Apart from Nightcrawler, we also have Sabretooth and Wild Child together. Silver Samurai has his AoA armour and it’s the burnt out AoA Sunfire.
And my hate for the currant X-men continues!
Pass now you know why I don’t have any Marvel comics on Diamond Previews autopull anymore. They’ve run themselves out of good story arcs……..
