I’m surprised nobody said anything about the “leader of the PEACEKEEPING fleet” part. That adds yet another level of questions on top of everything that’s going on.
I’m really excited for what’s to come. Keep up the great job guys!
I noticed there’s two opportunities to bring back Torq coming up.
1) All the “Heroes of Legend” received an invitation from their associated deities. Could Torq be at Gruumsh’s table during the negotiation?
2) Time is going to get weird after the negotiations break down. Torq is bound to serve the Greater Fey for some amount of time (if anyone knows the specific terms, please elaborate) but a breakdown in the structure of time could result in him serving the required thousand-plus years while also rejoining the party within a couple weeks.
Sekhar is great, and I also hope that Torq returns to fulfill his Epic Destiny.
In Episode 265 (“The Deal”) the Hogba offers his army of Rakutekens in exchange for one hero joining him for the duration of his campaign. The players come up with several scenarios where a hero could join that campaign, then return later.
However, in Episode 271 (“And they were never heard from again”) Rodrigo describes Torq joining the Hogba and never being heard from again. So boo.
Also I forgot that Torq is a multiclass cleric of Corellon, not Gruumsh.
That was a productive use of a morning.
Its interesting that the greater Fey and Feywild in general seems to work much more like how Time immemorial is described.
We also know from The Thing that shatters the sky and Resplendent Tiger that the moon was also had crazy time. So its not like it something that can’t be over come in either case.
