Nevertheless, I really appreciate the detail in the face and the talent in the gray tone even if I hold some (many) reservations about the depiction of the female body.

Yes, yes, it sells and it’s drawn by men for men. Unimpressed.
The artistic ability itself is quite good, as I would expect from Hughes. A shame it’s hard to focus on that.
I completely agree. He’s a great artist, but it’s sad that the talent is used to promote this hypersexualized image of women that’s so incredibly common most people (the comic book target audience of men) don’t even notice it anymore.
