The Associated Press is running a piece that says Stuart Townsend has left the Kenneth Branaugh production of Thor. Townsend was playing Fandral before leaving the production citing creative differences. Joshua Dallas has stepped up to the part, although the article says that information comes from anonymous sources.
It’s a good thing Dallas was selected, as shooting started today, and with the released date moved up to May 6, 2011, Dallas better hope he’s up to the task.
