Archie Comics has sent Major Spoilers a sneak peek of Veronica #196, featuring Colbie Caillati, that we reported on earlier, and a look at Betty & Veronica Spectacular #90.

    VERONICA #196
SINGSATIONAL ISSUE GUEST-STARRING REAL LIFE POP STAR, COLBIE CAILLAT!
“Fallin’ for You”: Betty wins tickets to see Colbie Caillat in concert, and Veronica wants in… but Betty’s already promised to take Archie!  Of course, when Veronica wants something, she doesn’t give up that easily… and wait until you see what happens when she runs into Colbie!  This tuneful tale includes a wonderful rendering of Colbie’s hit, “Fallin’ for You” – complete with Veronica’s romantic daydreams of Archie!  Caillat is the singing sensation who made a name for herself as an unsigned artist using the internet to build her fan base.  This led to a co-writing gig with other superstar talents as well as her own successful solo career.

“Star Struck”: It’s a boy band brouhaha, as Betty and Veronica get jobs as reporters for Ginger Lopez’s “Glitz Magazine” and have a controversial run-in with The Juneau Brothers!  “Paparazzi Problem”: To gossip or not to gossip… that is the rumor!  “Sign Me Up”: Mr. Lodge reveals a sensational secret from his past: he once dated a celebrity!  All this, plus pop-culture extras like a Hollywood quiz, celebrity fashions, and more!
