Tonight is the season finale of Star Wars: The Clone Wars on Cartoon Network. This episode features the return of Darth Maul, and the rematch fight between maul and Obi-Wan Kenobi. We got to see a sneak peek of the episode earlier this week, and this morning, LucasFilm sent a new teaser image our way.
“Revenge,” airs at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT Friday, March 16th on Cartoon Network.

I was super giddy when I saw how his new legs came out, since it seems it drew inspiration from one of my favorite non-canon Star Wars comic stories where Darth Maul has the same exact form of cybernetic legs (with the clawed feet).
That said, I’m still a bit iffy on the whole idea of bringing him back in canon.
