Spawn fans and collectors will have their Holy Grail in sight with the upcoming deluxe, 12” x 17” Spawn Vault Edition hardcover.
This third, prestige-format tome will focus on the game-changing contributions of the iconic and influential artist Greg Capullo and his lasting impact on Todd McFarlane’s legendary antihero. It will collect interior art and covers from Spawn issues #16-20, issues #35-37, issue #39, and issue #50 and be available in January 2026.
While presented as raw, black and white artwork, the pages collected in this latest installment of Image’s Vault Edition series will take fans on a tour of Capullo’s original Spawn run and via full color high resolution scans of his original interior art pages and covers. Every ink stain, blue pencil mark, and margin note is preserved—offering an up-close, behind-the-scenes look at all the minutiae of the creative process. It’s the closest fans can get to the originals without busting into the archives and holding the art boards themselves.
