Papercutz announced the August 2023 release of The Queen’s Favorite Witch Volume 2: The Lost King, the latest installment of the series from Benjamin Dickson and Rachael Smith.
In this sequel to the beloved debut Queen’s Favorite Witch #1: The Wheel of Fortune, the story returns to young witch Daisy Sparrow as she navigates her role as Queen Elizabeth I’s right-hand witch, providing spells and curses at her beck and call. With constant pressure from the Queen’s advisors to marry and turn over her power to a male sovereign, Daisy finds herself in a struggle to protect her Queen from nefarious forces.
As Daisy delves deeper into her role as the Royal Witch, she discovers that things aren’t always what they seem and finds herself in way over her head.
