Geek History Lesson #442 – The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers

Ashley Victoria RobinsonBy Ashley Victoria RobinsonDecember 13, 20221 Min Read

We’re discussing The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers for its 20th anniversary. The Two Towers is the second film in director Peter Jackson’s Lord of the Rings trilogy, based on J.R.R. Tolkien’s fantasy epic. It was released on December 18 2002. Frodo (Elijah Wood) and Sam (Sean Astin) form an uneasy alliance with Gollum (Andy Serkis) on their journey to destroy the Ring in the sequel to The Fellowship of the Ring. Special guest and GHL Research assistant Diego Nunez joins us for this episode.
