Venom 2 Trailer
Spidey fans, rejoice, your favourite sym-BY-ote will soon be returning to the Silver Screen across the globe. Venom 2 welcome Andy Serkis (Lord of the Rings, Black Panther), into the director’s chair after one of cinema’s giants has spent years not only innovating motion capture performance, but working and training in the film trenches as a Second Unit Director.

Tom Hardy returns to his role as leading man Eddie Brock, the hero-not-hero, and breakout star of 2018’s Venom.
Since the subtitle of the movie is “Let there be Carnage” comic book fans will recognize the movie’s villain from the brief glimpses of him we get dotted through a comical exchanged between Eddie and Venom. We also get a our first glimpses of the Ravencroft Institute – a Marvel Comics staple I’m surprised took this long to trot out!
Venom 2’s trailer sits right in that Guardians of the Galaxy/Suicide Squad 2/Kingsmen Venn diagram where many new superhero movies seem to be aiming for.
Venom 2 is, notably, in theaters only September 24th, 2021
Black Widows Abound
Venom 2 won’t exactly be nipping at its heels, but on the other side of the Marvel Movies coin we have July 9th, 2021’s Black Widow releasing character poster for the main cast this week – mere minutes after the Venom 2 trailer dropped.
Definitely not an accident.

Lupin Returns
Streaming giant Netflix wouldn’t let us go too long without it’s most watched for of 2020 returning to the tv. Lupin star Omar Sy (you may remember him as Bishop in X-Men: Days of Future Past), debuted the trailer on his personal Instagram account:
