Before ninja training or super soldier serum, both same age: Bruce. Steve was too frail and small to get enlisted in any military role.
Young Steve Rodgers grew up poor and scrappy, I think he’s take out the rich kid using his street smarts.
Young Bruce may be able to beat up Young Steve .. the first time and the second time, and maybe the third. But, when Young Steve comes back day after day, Young Bruce will give up.
How young are we talking about?, ‘cos if is 18 yrs Steve, pre formula and 18 yrs Bruce post Ninja Traning, there’s o match, Bruce all the way. But if we are talking about 8 yrs old street wise Steve Vs. 8 yrs all pampered Bruce….. You are talking about highly ilegal child figth club and that’s just wrong Stephen… shame on you
