Black Mask has announced that Sam Esmail, USA Network, and Universal Cable Productions are working together to bring Mr. Robot to your comic book spinner rack.
USA Network’s Mr. Robot is scheduled to arrive this fall ahead of the fourth season of the popular television series.
According to Black Mask Studios, this series will serve as a prequel to the events of season 1, and will document the formation of fsociety.
While Esmail is writing the story, the comic script duties will be done by show writer Jeff Mckibben and Matteo Pizzolo. Art will be provided by Antonio Fuso and colorist Tyler Boss.
If you are going to the San Diego Comic-Con, check out the Mr. Robot: Hacking Comics panel on Thursday, July 19th from 1:00 to 2:00 PM in Room 28DE, where the creators will discuss bringing the series to comics.
