As always, thoroughly enjoying the podcast. Can’t help but think what I would try in this situation. When Aldur was trapped and wanted to cast flaming sphere I would have asked Sam if I could use the spell to burn a path to freedom and by the way still target the big baddie. My second thought was could you use Etchin’s band of humanoid disguise to make him look like Aldur or his father or white oak table lady. Hey I know that the hag would probably see right through it but it may have made her allies pause. Just saying. Keep up the good work.
Neat ideas. I like when players think outside the box and will reward creativity in my combats. Just because Pathfinder has a lot of rules doesn’t mean you always have to just stick to them.
