On November 19th, comic book shops across North America will take part in Local Comic Shop Day, and to celebrate, Diamond Select Toys is offering up The Lost in Space Anti-Matter B9 Vinimate for toy fans.
Part of the 4-inch Vinimates vinyl figure line, this variant version of B9 is sculpted in the Minimates mini-figure style, with an exclusive black-and-white paint job! This color scheme is based on the famous Lost in Space episode, “The Anti-Matter Man,” in which the robot B9 travels to an anti-matter universe and meets his cold-hearted anti-matter counterpart. The vinyl figure comes packaged in a full-color window box with a “Local Comic Shop Day®” logo sticker.
This is an exclusive only for storefront retailers participating in Local Comic Shop Day. So, if you want to get your hands on this Lost in Space exclusive, you need to tell your LCS to get on board. I’m sure there will be more exclusives and cool things available for participating retailers, and at a time when the LCS is getting renewed interest from consumers, participating is going to be a big plus.
