In February, LEGO announced it was moving ahead with a WALL-E set from the LEGO Ideas submission process. IT’s been pretty quite on the LEGO/Disney/PIXAR front since then, but it now looks like the set will make its way to store shelves.
The Smyths Toys website has updated its inventory page to include the new set, which will retail for 58 Euros (roughly $65 at today’s exchange rate). Though it is not an official release date from LEGO, it looks like December is the target date, which means it can still land under the holiday tree by the end of the year.
Product Details

Flexible head and hands can open/close
Rotating wheels with tracks

The box art is still vague, as it doesn’t list the number of pieces in the set, so much of this information, including the release date could be up in the air. I’m surprised that the site is stating December, as a mid-November release would be better for holiday shopping.

Just looking at the picture, it seems like a small set. A bit expensive but looks like a lot of unique pieces.
