Hot Toys recently revealed a new, highly detailed, Captain America 1/6th scale action figure. This comes on the heals of a highly detailed Marvel Black Widow Marvel Sixth Scale Figure, and a basically every Marvel movie version of the Avengers in the last couple of years. The figure does come with a pretty high price tag – roughly $200 more or less, which makes these figures out of reach for many people.

While they would look cool on my shelf, the money can be better spent on more comics.
Maybe once my son gets past the destructive phase. So, I guess I will check back in 2035 or thereabouts.
$200!! Yikes!!!! Way out of my price range.
No. I have limited space and already have collections of other things taking up too much shelf space.
1/6th scale is just a little too big and a little too pricy for me.
Really needed to have a third option here. I clicked yes because technically I do have some, but they aren’t the super-fancy ones. I don’t actively collect them, but every once in a while I’ve gotten one because I really like a character or because it was on clearance, or very rarely because someone got it for me as a gift.
But I don’t really have the super-detailed high-priced ones, just the ones that are either almost like a classic G.I. Joe (or in some cases, almost a Barbie) or that are just larger scale of pretty much the same mold of the regular sized action figures.
I like this scale and Sideshow is amazing at what they do, but I unfortunately do not have enough room or expendable income to make these a habit.
