“The war is over, and the warriors return home, carrying with them scars of battle, both physical and mental. Now the cost will be tallied, the casualties buried and mourned, the rubble swept up and carted away. But the damage to our heroes isn’t easily repaired, the wounds not easily healed. Decisions are made and lives are changed—can shattered heroes find renewed courage to go on?” – Tom Brevoort, SVP Executive Editor
It all begins in October.

I think they are missing a call here – they should do a series called “Shatnered Heroes” instead…
That would be totally awesome.
Is this the comic event that Major Spoilers has been wanting for well over a year?
Where heroes actually take a breath and realize that between the Civil Wars, Sieges, Fear Itself-ing and Schisms they have all developed epic cases of PTSD and need to deal with the aftermath?
This might actually be good.
It’s the Marvel Universe. They’ll be over their PTSD by the next event. ;p
Well it appears that this is the end of “The Heroic Age”, which lasted like a month, even less in comic book time, so I think it was a little short for an age, but that’s just my opinion.
I don’t trust that font.
yeah reminds me of the heroes reborn stuff!
God does this company ever not have an event going on? Every title has some event and if it is not an X event that is crossing over into the 50 X titles that Marvel has it is in every 30 Avengers titles this company has. My god talk about getting blood out of a turnip. Marvel is just a bunch of vampires.
