The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that Roc star Charles S. Dutton has been cast in the FX adaptation of Powers, based on the Brian Michael Bendis comic. Dutton will play Captain Cross, the head of the homicide police department where central characters Christian Walker and Deena Pilgrim work to investigate crimes involving superpowered people.
