When I mention the Priest comic book adaptation, many people just stare at be blankly. Sometimes I think it is because I’m phasing through reality, and they just don’t see and hear me at the moment. Other times I think they are doing it just to be mean… But when it comes to Priest, the blank stares are probably justified because so many people haven’t even heard to the TokyoPop series that features a vampire hunter coming out of retirement to save his niece.
Check out the trailer for the geekery goodness that abounds.
Hey, it certainly looks better than Cowboys vs. Ninjas.

All looks good … and then … 3D!
Well I’m ready to give it the benefit of the doubt.
Everything with vampires is allright in my book. (Eddy is not a vampire – he’s a sparkling-but)
3D, shmee-D…This still looks like a good vampire hunting film.
I’ve never heard of “The Priest” before. But this movie looks awesome :-D i’m about to order the manga
I’ll admit: when you said “Priest”, I was surprised that something as edgy as Preacher is getting a movie treatment. It took me five minutes to get the difference.
Well this chaps last film had a great trailer and we saw what a turdbomb that was. I expect much of the same.
I think it looks awesome! I feel like the trailer gave a lot away, but it feels like a vampire take on Equilibrium, which was a pretty sweet movie in its own right.
