DreamWorks Animation has released the third trailer for the upcoming Megamind movie.
I’m up for seeing this, if for nothing else than another take on the Superman trope.

It looks like the closest we are to getting some new Dr. Horrible. And I don’t mean that in a negative way at all, it actually looks pretty good. On the other hand that sure is a spoilery trailer.
Is it just me, or is this an entirely different story than the first preview?
The first preview told a story about the Superman analogue being burned to a crisp by Megamind. They seemed to say the story was about “what happens when a super-villain doesn’t have anyone left to fight?” This one makes it look like a more standard kind of villain-forced-to-be-hero story.
Looks funny, but isn’t anyone else tired of Will Ferrell’s schtick?
