It’s nice when creators and artists contact us about the Major Spoilers site, the podcast, or something else we’ve done. Thomas Perkins is the character designer for Superman/Batman: Public Enemies, Green Lantern: First Flight, The Spectacular Spider-Man, and the Ben 10 television series. He’s also a fan of Major Spoilers, and has previously created a mock Major Spoilers comic book cover that rocked.
After a recent shout-out on the Major Spoilers Podcast, Thomas jumped back into the Kablammacus universe and whipped up today’s Art Appreciation Moment of the Day.
A return to the Major Spoilers Comics continuity…. As I work designing for the various examples of the Saturday Morning Goodness that occupy my working week, I like to listen to various podcasts and the like. One of my all time favorites is the much lauded Major Spoilers Podcast (as seen at http://www.majorspoilers.com/). It appeals mightily to the comicbook geek in me. If you folks out there dig Comics, Animation, and the like, go over and check them out. Their podcast is sharp, well produced and a lot of fun.
For kicks I decided to do a second novelty comicbook cover for them. Here be the results… I hope they dig it as well.
