TwoMorrows publishing has announced it has added seven free digital editions of their magazines to their website.
“We’ve actually been offering Digital Editions of our magazines for several years,” said Morrow, “but we’ve seen a surge of interest in them of late, no doubt thanks to the success of Apple’s iPad, and the recent digital moves by both Marvel and DC Comics. So I felt it was time to offer readers a free sample issue of all our latest issues, so they can try a mag they might never have seen, all of which are available in both print and digital versions.”
The free editions are full-color PDFs, viewable on any device that can read PDF files.

I actually used to own a copy of the Death of Earth-2’s Batman. Unfortunately it, and about 2/3 of the comic collection from my youth, were destroyed following damage to my parent’s house from Hurricane Fran. That collection included the full “Who’s Who in the DC Universe” collection, the full “Crisis on Infinite Earths” collection and the full “Handbook of the Marvel Universe” collections along with books going back to the early 70’s. Amount given to me by the insurance company? $0. They claimed that the water was from “seepage” and not directly from the hurricane.
